Up to 24 hours before the booked entrance time
You can cancel your booking and choose between two refund options:
- a
credit code equal to the entire amount paid. The MyParking credit code does not expire and can be used in its entirety or on multiple bookings.
- a
cash refund, which will be credited through the payment method previously used. Due to the financial and administrative costs, for the management of the reimbursement 5% of the amount will be retained, with a minimum of 5.00 Euro. In case the cancelled booking is replaced by a new prepaid booking, the whole amount will be refunded.
Less than 24 hours before entry
In the event of strikes, cancellations, or unforeseen events, MyParking comes to your aid, offering you the chance to request a refund up to the booked entrance time. Log in to your Reserved Area and follow the steps. Your request will be forwarded to the parking management, which will be able to give you a feedback, positive or negative, within a few days. If the car park gives a positive response, the refund will be issued by MyParking via credit code.
