You can do it through your User Profile. You just have to log in and then you will be able to modify the following data: Name, Vehicle Make/Model, Mobile n., Vehicle Registration n., Message/Notes, Number of passengers. You cannot modify the parking period nor the entry/exit times. If you do not have an account yet, sign up with the same email address you used to book.

If you want to modify the car park of the parking area (outdoor/indoor, keep keys, car valet/shuttle bus):

• Make a new MyParking booking. If you had paid your booking online, the new booking must be prepaid too.
• Follow the cancellation procedure in your MyParking user area.
• Select cash refund: type the new booking code in the field "Notes" and you will received the total refund of the cancelled booking.

Alternatively, cancel the wrong booking first and select the refund via credit code. You will be able to deduct the amount of the credit from the new booking.

• Make a new MyParking booking for the correct period. If you had paid your booking online, the new booking must be prepaid too.

If your booked period has already begun or is about to begin, please inform the parking personnel and arrange with them.

To cancel the reservation, please log in to your MyParking account and click on MY BOOKINGS menu; select the reservation to be cancelled and follow the steps. If you do not have an account yet, please sign up with the same email you used to book.

Up to 24 hours before the entry day/time booked

You can cancel your booking and choose between two refund options:

- a credit code corresponding to the entire amount paid. MyParking credit codes do not expire and can be deducted from your future bookings until you have no more credit left.

- a cash refund, which will be credited through the payment method previously used. Due to financial and administrative costs, the refund will be partial, and 5% of the total amount will be deducted, with a minimum deduction of 5.00 Euro. In case the cancelled booking is replaced by a new prepaid booking, the whole amount will be refunded.

Less than 24 hours before the entry day/time

In the event of strikes, flight or train cancellations, or unforeseen events, MyParking gives you the opportunity to request the cancellation of your booking up to the booked entry day and time. Log in to your Reserved Area and follow the procedure. Your request will be forwarded to the parking management, who will be able to give you a feedback, positive or negative, within a few days. If the car park gives a positive response to your request, your booking will be cancelled and the refund will be issued by MyParking via credit code.

Write us at assistenza@myparking.it specifying your booking code and explaining what happened. We will check with the parking management and find a solution!

We suggest you to print and take the booking confirmation with you. As an alternative you can show the confirmation from your device.
Please note that in some cases it is necessary to print your booking confirmation because you will find attached a coupon or a barcode to access the car park.

The times are approximate and are useful for the parking personnel to offer the best service. Please inform the parking personnel in case you have to change your entry or exit time.

In case of a significant change (i.e. from 8pm to 8am), the price might change: in that case you can make a new booking and cancel the previous one, by following the procedure mentioned above.

If you have selected the credit code, you will receive it immediately per email, and you will also find it in your MyParking user area. If you have selected the cash refund, you will receive an email within a couple of days with confirmation of the refund according to our terms of use . In peak demand periods (e.g. airline strikes), it may take a few more days, but no more than 15, promised. As for the time taken for the money transfer, it depends on the type of credit card used and on the issuing bank.

Alternatively, call the parking personnel on the phone numbers you find on your MyParking booking confirmation and ask them to cancel your booking. There are no cancellation fees.
